The first night we were put in a room that faced the Interstate, after requesting a "quiet" room. Also, it was directly across from the elevator. We requested a room change the next day and we were accommodated.

First-class service, brand-new a double room with sofa and good to very good condition, as for instance. Excellent staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location near Kentucky and the restaurant and the Lake, Ontario. A lot of food options relatively close to the venue.

This hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it a great base for exploring Louisville and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offers a tasty selection of eggs, waffles, fruit, and muffins.
One downside is that the pool area had an overpowering smell of mold and over-chlorinated water.
